What we collect

When you submit the audit-request form on this site, we receive the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and the description of the challenge you're trying to solve. Nothing else is collected from your visit. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no behavioral fingerprinting.

How we use it

Your submission is used for one thing: responding to your audit request. We keep an internal record so we can follow up on the conversation. Your information is never sold, shared, or used for marketing outside the AIREVIN engagement you've started.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. If we work together, your records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period after for tax and accounting purposes. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to remove your record at any time.

Google Ads account data

For clients who engage AIREVIN to manage their Google Ads account, you grant AIREVIN access to that account through Google's own account-access system, under our Google-verified manager (MCC) account. This access lets us view campaign structure, performance data, and account settings, and make changes to campaigns, budgets, and targeting on your behalf.

We use this access for one purpose: managing and optimizing the Google Ads account you've engaged us to run. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties. AIREVIN's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the , including the Limited Use requirements.

You control this access at all times. You can revoke it whenever you choose, directly from your Google Ads account's access settings or from — no need to contact us first. Account data is retained only for the duration of the engagement; once access is revoked or the engagement ends, we stop retrieving new data from the account.

Your rights

  • You can request a copy of any information we hold about you.
  • You can request deletion of any information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate.
