What we collect

When you submit the audit-request form on this site, we receive the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and the description of the challenge you're trying to solve. Nothing else is collected from your visit. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no behavioral fingerprinting.

How we use it

Your submission is used for one thing: responding to your audit request. We keep an internal record so we can follow up on the conversation. Your information is never sold, shared, or used for marketing outside the AIREVIN engagement you've started.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. If we work together, your records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period after for tax and accounting purposes. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to remove your record at any time.

Your rights

• You can request a copy of any information we hold about you.
• You can request deletion of any information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate.
