What You Get At Both Tiers

The Audit Comes First

Every engagement starts with the $997 Ecosystem Audit, credited toward your first month if you continue.

AOS-Powered Management

Continuous signal monitoring, daily analysis, anomaly detection.

Direct Operator Access

You work with AIREVIN, never a junior account manager.

No Lock-In

30-day notice to cancel, your accounts always stay in your name.

Ad Spend Is Separate — And Never Marked Up.

The monthly fee is for management — strategy, build, optimization, and the AOS system that runs your account. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own payment method. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never take a percentage.

That means total transparency. You see exactly what you spend on ads and exactly what you spend on management. A typical Tier 2 engagement runs roughly $4,000–$5,500/month all-in — $3,000 management plus ad spend you control and can scale up or down as results justify.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. The monthly fee covers management only. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own payment method — we never mark it up or take a percentage. This keeps your costs fully transparent.

What's the minimum ad spend?

For Google Ads, we recommend a minimum of $2,500/month — below that, there isn't enough signal for Smart Bidding to optimize effectively. For Meta (Tier 2), a minimum of $1,000/month on top of Google. These are recommendations based on what it takes to generate enough data to optimize, not hard requirements.

How long until I see results?

Google Ads typically needs 30-60 days to learn your account before performance stabilizes. Local Services Ads can produce leads faster once Google Guarantee verification clears. Meta builds over a longer horizon — it's a memory layer, not an instant-lead channel. Anyone promising leads in week one is selling you something we won't.

Do I own my ad accounts?

Always. Your Google Ads and Meta accounts stay in your name, paid with your payment method, fully owned by you. We manage them through operator-level access (Google MCC, Meta Business Manager partner access). If we ever part ways, your accounts and all their history stay with you.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. 30-day notice to cancel, either direction. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into twelve.

Why is Meta only available in Central Florida?

Meta Ads only work for trades when the creative is authentic — your real technicians, your real job sites. That requires on-site content capture, which means we have to be able to drive to you. Tier 2 is limited to 8 Central Florida counties within ~90 minutes of Ocala. Google Ads (Tier 1) has no such limit — it's available nationally. It's also why Tier 2 is capped at 8 clients — quarterly site visits are operator time, and quality doesn't scale past that.

What is the Ecosystem Audit?

It's the first step of every engagement — a $997 audit covering both the Google and Meta ecosystems, every applicable component graded, with a written finding for what's off. If you move forward with management afterward, the $997 is credited toward your first month. You can see the full breakdown on the Ecosystem Audit page.

Can I start with Google and add Meta later?

Yes — if you're in the Central Florida service area. Many clients start with Tier 1 (Google) to capture existing demand, then add Meta once Google is producing and the foundation is solid. If you're outside Central Florida, Tier 1 is the offering.
